New Enrollment

Registrations for new students grades K-8 for the 2012-2013 school year are being accepted for available openings. Please phone the school office at 260-484-3392 to schedule an appointment to register students.

Please see the Admission Guidelines. At the time of registration please bring the following: copy of the child's birth certificate, copy of the child's baptismal certificate if not baptized at St. Charles or Our Lady of Good Hope Parishes, current list of the child's immunizations, and a $35.00 non-refundable registration fee per child. If the student is transferring from another school, please bring the most current report card and ISTEP or  other testing results.

Re-enrollment information for students currently attending St. Charles Borromeo School was mailed to parents on March 23rd. Parents of newly enrolled students for the 2012-2013 school year were mailed additional information.

Voucher/SGO Information

On March 16, 2012, St. Charles Borromeo School will conduct an Indiana Choice Scholarship Lotttery for those students who have enrolled in our school and applied for an Indiana Choice Scholarship. After March 16th, applications for further Indiana School Choice Scholarships will be relegated to a waiting list for any grade level that has full enrollment.
