2026 - 2027 Pre-K4 & Kindergarten Registration
Our Kindergarten & Pre-Kindergarten registration day is Wednesday, January 14, 2026. Registration will be held in the afternoon from 1:15-2:30 p.m. in Rooms C & D of the Hession Center, or you may attend the evening session from 6:00-7:00 p.m. All parents are asked to park in the rear of the school in the church parking lot and enter through door # 3 near the gym. If unable to attend, please call the school office (484-3392) to arrange for an alternate registration day.
Pre-Kindergarten four-year-old Program: We will be offering three sections of five-day Pre-Kindergarten classes (A.M., P.M., or Full-day). Our morning program will run from 7:50 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and our afternoon program will run from 11:50 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Please bring to PreK 4 registration:
1. A copy of your child's birth certificate
2. A copy of your child's baptismal certificate - even if baptized at St. Charles
3. A copy of your child's immunizations record
4. $50 non-refundable registration fee (cash or check payable to St. Charles only)
Kindergarten: We will be offering full-day Kindergarten with a classroom size limit of 24 students per class with an aide assisting the teacher. Our school day runs from 7:50 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Note: The registration fee of $50 is included in the overall tuition costs and is not a required payment at this time.
If needed, for an additional fee, BeforeCare and AfterCare service is available for all students from 6:30 a.m. to 7:15 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Our January registration for our Kindergarten and Pre-K 4 Programs is early enough to ensure that parish families of St. Charles Borromeo have the first opportunity to register their children.

Your application will not be considered complete until your FACTS tuition management account has been created and a FACTS tuition payment plan has been selected.

Re-enrollment for K-7th grade students returning to St. Charles for 2026-2027
An email from “registration@stcharlesschoolfw.org” will be sent Monday, January 12, 2026 to the email we currently have on file for you in PowerSchool. Please look at your inbox or search spam for it. Read through that email and use the link included in it to re-enroll your student. Complete by Friday, January 30, 2026. Some simple reminders when it comes to completing online registration:
- Click on the Snapcode for your child that can be found in the re-enrollment email you should have received Monday, January 12, 2026.
- On the Emergency Contact Page, we recommend you begin by clicking on the “remove contact” button and start clean.
- Please provide 2-3 emergency contacts in addition to parents in case we cannot reach you.
Note - If you have an additional St. Charles student re-enrolling, you will be given the opportunity at the end of the first re-enrollment form to add your additional student’s snapcode. (Sent in a separate email to you.)
This online process should take 15-20 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.
