Dear Parents and Students - Thank you to all who were able to attend and assist with the HASA Back-to-School Night this past Wednesday evening. Remember, there is an Out of Uniform day Monday, August 21 for those who signed attendance papers that night. I appreciate all that our parents, teachers, and staff do to provide a faith-filled atmosphere in which our students can grow and learn. Check out the HASA Family Skate Night this Wednesday and have a blessed weekend! Thank you for sending your children to St. Charles! -Rob S.

St. Charles Parish Pictorial Directory Times Still Available!!! - St. Charles Parish is going to publish a new picture directory in the fall, featuring photos, names and addresses of our parishioners.  The goal is to have all of our parishioners pictured in the directory.   A professional photographer has been at the church from July 31 through August 16 to take the photos.  Since all of these appointments have been taken, additional dates have been opened with more appointments, now through August 22nd. At your appointment, your photo will be taken and you will be shown proofs to choose the best shots.  Everyone who comes for a photo will receive a free 8x10 portrait and a copy of the directory when it is finished.  For those who would like to purchase additional photos, there will also be opportunity to do so.  Appointments can be made online here Schedule My Picture Time As Father Tom has mentioned in the bulletin this past month, this is a great chance for our parish to become better connected.  It is also an opportunity for those who haven’t had a family portrait made in some years.  It won’t be complete without you!

2023-2024 Volunteer Online Sign-Up: We have moved to an online sign-up format for volunteering for events throughout the school year. These volunteer opportunities are open to parents and parishioners over the course of the school year.  We seek and appreciate any volunteering you may be able to do. Please take a look! Sign-up at St. Charles Volunteer Packet 2023-24.  Contact the school office if you need a paper copy.

Application for free/reduced lunch and textbook assistance: Even if you choose not to use our hot lunch service, you should still fill out a free/reduced form if any of the following three criteria apply. If you: 1) receive state or federal financial assistance 2) are a single parent, or; 3) are unemployed. You will find the form on the school website at Summer Mailing Items and look for Free/Reduced Lunch. You will need to print and fill out this form, sign in two places - lunch and textbook, and then once completed, the form can be scanned and emailed to schooloffice@stcharlesschoolfw.org, dropped off at school, or sent with your child. Contact the school office if you need a paper copy of this form.
