During the month of March, we ‘press on’ To Be Fit. Many people make resolutions to stay physically fit by eating healthy and exercising. During Lent, we have the opportunity to stay spiritually fit as we pray more and make sacrifices. This takes the virtue of fortitude to persevere in keeping our resolutions and desire to love and serve God. May we Press On To Be Fit in God’s eyes!
